Information Resource Management (IRM) is a core professional course designed to guide students to manage information as a vital strategic asset. The curriculum explores IRM across three key layers: Information Content, Information Systems, and Enterprise Strategy. Through a blend of core theory and dedicated case study sessions, students will learn to analyze real-world organizational challenges and the strategic solutions that companies adopt. This course helps students systematically master the necessary analytical methods, understand how to govern information effectively, and cultivate the critical thinking skills needed to thrive in modern management.
